Fees

There is a fixed fee of $400 for a One-on-One Consultation, no matter how long it takes.  Full backup service is included.

For clients more than 35 miles from East Berlin, PA, we will have to require a $50 deposit before we come out. We'll cover this when we talk to you. This comes off the fee, but will not be refunded if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or aren't there at the scheduled time. We will also charge mileage at the IRS-approved rate (currently 55.5 cents/mile) for everything over a 70 mile round trip.
